American Dream U

Much of Phil’s passion and energy goes into writing, consulting, and developing the National Entrepreneurship and Coaching program called American Dream U, held at military bases across the country.

American Dream U is a nonprofit organization that assists the military to civilian transition. The program, taught by some of the world’s best and most successful entrepreneurs, is designed to provide soldiers, airmen, sailors, marines, and coast guard personnel with the tools to obtain their dream jobs or start their own businesses and become veteran entrepreneurs.

We love hiring veterans is an extension of our American Dream U program aimed at employers who would like to tap into the millions of awesome leaders that are currently transitioning from the military. Defending Freedom

 In March 2003, soon after the start of the War in Iraq, Phil was disheartened over the lack of support for America’s servicemen and women. In response, he created Nevada Benefits Foundation (Defending Freedom), a private, self-funded foundation, with the website www.DefendingFreedom.org. Since its inception, the foundation has donated over $2.2 million to wounded soldiers and their families. He also built a permanent memorial located at beautiful Red Rock National Conservation Area honoring fallen servicemen from the State of Nevada. Phil has appeared on Fox News National in New York City and was recognized by both the United States Congress and the Senate for his work.
