American Dream U
Helping veterans and military families transition with purpose, mentorship, education, and opportunity.
VISIT ADU →Phil Randazzo has a passion for helping military families succeed and has spent more than 15 years working hard at it. In 2003, Phil started American Dream U, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping our military get the education and access to resources they need to find their dream job or start a business of their own. Our programs are taught by some of the world’s best and most successful entrepreneurs and are designed specifically to provide soldiers, airmen, sailors, marines, and coast guard personnel and their families with the tools to obtain their American dreams when transitioning from active service military. Since its inception, ADU has helped more than 16,000 people and remains committed to providing services, inspiration and guidance each and every day.
Phil’s dedication extends to the literary space as well. He has authored three books to-date, including: “Mission Next,” an outline of more than 85 interviews with veterans who parlayed their military training into civilian success, “Funding Your Bigger Future,” an inspirational and education financial planning guide, and “Shark Talk,” a step-by-step guide for future entrepreneurs to succeed in the hot seat of pitching venture capitalists.
